More Than Obstacles. It's A Philosophy.
We don't do sit-and-watch. Kids jump in from the first minute and we coach on the fly, raw and unscripted. When the course changes every single week, nobody gets good at memorizing it, they get good at trying. They fall, they get back up, they try again. That's where the real stuff gets built: discipline, patience, resilience, grit.
For the kid who's never loved a sport, this is usually the first one that sticks.
Physical Benefits
Climbing, swinging, balancing, vaulting. Real functional strength and coordination that carries into every sport, and every day life.
Emotional Benefits
Confidence built by doing hard things and succeeding. Resilience built by falling and getting back up. Every single class.
A Typical Class
A brand new obstacle course every week. Kids run the course, coaches give real-time instruction, and nobody sits out.
Rope swings. Wall climbs. Vaults. Parkour. Traversing rings. If it builds strength and nerve, it's probably in the course this week.

Letters From Parents
The reviews are nice. These are the ones that stick with us.
"He is a boy with lots of explosive emotions and trouble slowing down and Coach Keri showed him so much patience… It made me tear up watching him get the support he needs for the first time. It was the first sport he is looking forward to going back to. We haven't been to an activity where a coach has taken the time to show him patience. Thank you for that."

"Luke is in love… Having a child on the spectrum is tough especially when it comes to new places and experiences. He's picky and most programs we have found are all outdoors (ew bugs and heat) or geared towards sports, and he's not much of a sporty kid… To my surprise, when I picked him up 30 minutes early, he was in the back doing the obstacle courses and thriving. Thank you for creating this program for the non-sporty, not-so-outdoorsy kiddos like my Luke."
